Josh is a tough act to follow. He really sets the tone in the kitchen, always busy, and is often referred to as "a machine".
He can be found crushing the woks at Gweilo, stretching pizza in lil Eatily, frying fish at U-Pick-Fish, or on Grill at Cheese Curds. He's trained on nearly every station in the Chef Inspired Restaurants, and to say he's multitalented is an understatement.
He'll soon be an integral part of the opening of our newest eatery in Truck-Side, Sea-Hawg's East Coast BBQ.
