This young man started with us the first few days before we launched our first Cheese Curds in Dartmouth. Colton began with the company fresh, but with a lot of cooking knowledge he was soon overseeing production for both Cheese Curds and Habaneros in Woodside. Very eager to move up, Colton was the obvious choice to open and manage our third Habaneros location on South Park St in Halifax. Off to a slow start, he came up with many great ideas and incentives to help put South Park St on the map and raise to the success it is today.
Just recently, moving on up again Colton assumed the position of Sous Chef in our rapidly growing catering department at our Burnside location. With that he’s also taken on a more involved role here with Cheese Curds and Truck-Side, from customer service to teaching and mentoring junior staff. All that makes him our choice for supervisor of the month. Congrats little man, Keep reaching for your goals.
